Medical aesthetics expert Gohar Abrahamyan P.A.-C believes that one could still have that young-looking skin without having to undergo surgery.
Gohar Abrahamyan is a board-certified Physician Assistant (M.S., P.A.-C) and has been in the medical field as early as 2003. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Psychology in 2001 from the California State University of Northridge and a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences in 2003.
Gohar started her journey in the medical field as a sports and internal medicine practice. In this field, she worked with athletes and patients treating them medically. Here she mastered the injections of PRP and hyaluronic acid into joints for healing purposes. She discovered that she was more interested in challenging, hands-on, and more specialized fields. In 2004 she joined the prestigious Cedars Sinai Medical Center’s Neurosurgical Institute as a P.A. She spent several years working with adult and pediatric patients focusing on surgical treatments as well as dealing with daily challenges in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Currently, Gohar is still actively practicing neurosurgery as the director of clinical services with Dr. Gabriel E. Hunt Jr. in the Hunt Brain and Spine Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
While Gohar loves and enjoys the surgical/trauma life, she was always interested in finding a way to connect her expertise in patient care into the aesthetics world. She became certified in Medical Aesthetics in 2007. She spent countless hours training abroad and in some of the most excellent dermatology and cosmetic surgery clinics in the heart of Beverly Hills, which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in the aesthetic realm.
Gohar started her practice as a mobile beauty business, where she treated busy people, including celebrities, by going to their homes. This became extremely popular, and her business grew almost overnight when celebrities found out that they didn’t have to drive to a doctor’s office, moreover be faced with the paparazzi. She quickly became the go-to for a non-surgical facelift. The new mobile beauty concept was not yet known, and the buzz landed one of her botox parties to be featured on FOX11 Good Day LA. She was also featured in the Angeleno Magazine for a non-surgical facelift.
Today, Gohar has well over ten years of experience in the field of medicine and medical aesthetics. She has found a way to transform the faces of her patients, utilizing a minimalist approach, and has mastered the art of non-surgical facial contouring. Gohar is known best for her meticulous work, blunt honesty, and skillful hands.
In 2005, her article on a 64-year-old man who was brought to the emergency department after new-onset seizures and loss of consciousness was published in the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Currently, Gohar is the founder of Go Flawless Now with her medical director, Dr. Myron Reiff, a board-certified M.D. with years of clinical practice and clinical trials from companies such as Allergan, Pfizer, and Merck. Her office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, California.
