BeetleSat, a global provider of telecommunications and satellite technology, is gearing up to unveil its new phases of development at the World Satellite Business Week, which will take place September 12-16 in Paris, France. In the last year, BeetleSat has become a key player in the development of next-generation satellite technology, and they will be expected to make headlines in Paris with the introduction of their new LEO broadband constellation BeetleSat, which uses cutting-edge expandable antennas in the intersatellite link.

BeetleSat is the result of the partnership between ARQUIMEA, a cross-sectoral tech corporation specializing in space-grade parts and systems, and NSLComm, a space tech startup known for the development of cutting-edge expandable antennas that are disrupting the satellite communications industry. Together they are developing the world’s first low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation with expandable antennas, providing high-throughput, low-latency secure communications with almost global coverage.
Among the company’s primary objectives is the development of a high-performance LEO Ka-band satellite constellation. This infrastructure is designed to provide high-quality global Ka-band connectivity for commercial and government applications, such as cellular backhaul, point-to-point secure communications, mobility, and other premium services.

Notably, BeetleSat networks will be supported by a new type of large-aperture, expandable satellite antenna developed by NSLComm. The groundbreaking Ka-band deployable antennas offer more than 10 times the bandwidth of traditional antennas at a lower cost, thus creating improved, low-latency telecom networks that are more secure, ubiquitous, and cost-effective than anything currently on the market.
The company will be showcasing their technical capabilities and business plans with a number of presentations and demonstrations throughout the week. Board members will also be discussing investment opportunities and collaborations with top space corporations. Moreover, the company is expected to introduce Patricio Northland and Moshe Golani, who recently joined BeetleSat as Executive President and Chief Operating Officer, respectively.
