Sir Georgios Katsos, a Central London executive business center owner and capital advisor for several high-profile accounts in the United Kingdom, New York, Dubai and Hong Kong, is now offering his business services in Spain.

Georgios began studying at university level aged just 16 and culminated his tertiary studies with an MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy. In parallel, he was always keenly interested in the financial markets, a passion that remains a pivotal part of his life.

From the young age of 21, Sir Georgios embarked on a diplomatic career which involved offering his expert advice on treaties and interstate agreements and working closely with government departments. However, he soon decided to shift his energy to the private sector, focusing on capital investment management. In 2008, Georgios became a Director at Estate Capital Advisors – the UK and Europe subdivision of Consulting & Project Development LLC, a New York based firm, established in 2006, which specializes in capital investment management and project realization.

From the very beginning of his capital investment career, Sir Katsos has succeeded in guiding high-net-worth investors through each phase of different investment projects. By forming a long and successful track record and going above and beyond to meet the needs of every one of his investors, Sir Katsos was instrumental in turning the subdivision into one of the top boutique capital advisory companies in Europe. Today, Consulting & Project Development LLC is responsible for ventures worth more than $2 billion in the United States, Europe and Middle East.

In 2019, with more than two decades of experience under his belt, Sir Katsos looked to start a project of his own from the ground up. While continuing his role at Estate Capital Advisors, he established George House Business Centers (GHBC). The GHBC is located in the very heart of London, on Fitzroy Square in Fitzrovia. The elegant Georgian architecture of the building provides an upscale meeting venue and related services for executives.

Thanks to his extensive network, Sir Katsos has been able to help the GHBC team accumulate an exclusive group of clients from New York, Dubai, and Hong Kong. In 2022, the resounding success of the business center resulted in Sir Katsos being awarded the title of European CEO of the Year by the CEO Club.

But GHBC is just the beginning, Sir Georgios is now targeting careful expansion into other European markets. The withdrawal of the UK from the European Union has contributed heavily to this decision.

Harnessing his expertise and with the support of his close friends, Sir Georgios is starting an exciting new capital advisory services operation in Madrid, Spain. The primary focus of his newly-established management firm GE&FR Capital Advisors S.L. is on investments relating to real estate, electronic banking and the food and health & beauty industries. In its first six months of operations GE&FR has already entered into partnerships with a number of leading companies including:

• Coffee Island, a large coffee retailer with over 480 shops worldwide and dozens of industry accolades including multiple golds at prestigious Retail Business and Coffee Business Awards
• Baldan Group, a strong player in the wellness industry that manufacturers aesthetic devices, has several skincare and nutrition brands and offers marketing solutions to beauty centers and pharmacies across Europe and the Middle East
• General Payments Gate and VIP Payments, payment solutions providers at the cutting-edge of the banking revolution
• Violet Holding Group, a real estate group boasting £110 million in UK property assets at present

And this is just the beginning. There are many more hot investments in the pipeline.

He has also taken on the role of Honorary Ambassador of CEO Club chapters in the UK, Spain and Italy.
